If it weren’t for Angelo Maci, many of the last remaining century-old vines in Puglia would have been uprooted by now. But Angelo turns their tiny quantities of dark, spicy grapes into a very special red of remarkable depth and satisfying richness.

For the last 30 years we’ve been championing the superb Tuscan wines from Paolo Masi and, before that, from his dad Renzo. Every vintage this superb Chianti delights for good reason – it captures deep cherry fruit and is always fabulous value.

A taste of Nero di Troia, one of Puglia’s finest grapes. More often found in pricey blends, it appears here in glorious solo. Made by top Italian winemaker Andrea Bernardini, it's a velvety red full of blackberry, violet and smoky vanilla spice.

This richly fruited red may say humble Chianti on the label, but the wine inside is so much more! It's sourced from one of the very best vineyards inside the prestigious Chianti Classico region and is unbelievable value, thanks to great connections.

From Barolo specialists, the Sartirano family and their winemaker Marco Cossaro, this is a fresh, young Nebbiolo from Piedmont’s Monferrato. Designed for earlier drinking, it has dark cherry fruit with rose petal hints and silky tannins.
