Description Chile has gained a 5-Star reputation for both supple Bordeaux-style reds and super-fresh, elegant Sauvignon Blanc. This is our latest find. It’s from a winery founded in 1966 by Pablo Morande, a pioneer of cool-climate Casablanca vineyards, and winery Empresas Lourdes. With added investment in 2000, they built an underground, gravity-fed cellar, complete with concrete eggs, ceramic tanks and the ability to make experimental batches from unusual varieties. No wonder Pablo won 'Winemaking Legend' in 2022. Grapes for this white are taken from the coastal-cool vineyards of the Aconcagua Valley, which bring out the bright citrus and herbaceous fruit of this grape. Chill and enjoy a glass on its own or with lighter vegetarian dishes and seafood.
