"A stylish and most elegantly refined cabernet with a distinctive varietal expression of blackcurrant and leafy plum with a little olive tapenade" (Ray Jordan). "An elegant, well-balanced, medium-weight affair with distinct blue fruits, herbal lift, sea spray and light, chocolate powder tannins combining. There's a succulence here, a refreshment factor, a cool line and restraint. Underlying, savouriness of woody spice, turned earth and briny minerality. The finish a building, mouth-watering pucker.
