Description Vinaceous is a dynamic, somewhat quirky enterprise utilising colourful names and labels and excellent fruit usually from Western Australia’s Margaret River and Great Southern. “The wines (from Vinaceous) are of seriously good quality and equally good value” says Halliday. This Grigio sourced from a single vineyard in Great Southern’s Mount Barker region has a delicate but complex nose with lovely aromas of ‘baked apple’ and pear skin, and a textural palate with lime-fruit hints.
