Description For fans of elegant pinks, there’s one style that trumps all others – Provençal rosé. As the only wine region to specialise in rosé production, Provence not only offers “a wine for almost any occasion, but also guarantees quality” says the Independent. And this cooperative delivers just that, with value. As one of the oldest cellars in the region, it has been crafting fine rosé since 1912. Owned by a small group of growers, its modest size ensures meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar. Grenache and Cinsault make up a large portion of this pink and were harvested from the high-altitude, limestone slopes of Sainte-Baume. Full of fresh berry flavour with a crisp mineral edge and a dry finish – it's great solo and versatile with food.
