Description Vinifera is the Mudgee based winery of Tony McKendry and family. This organic Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2017 is a wine with "oodles of personality, brimming with Aussie menthol, clove, black currant, cinder box, dried sage and tomato leaf-lain tannins" as Ned Goodwin MW notes in The Halliday Wine Companion. He also describes it as " A full-bodied wine..." with "... plenty of push to the frui... Time should serve this characterful wine well. 91pts."
