Description Saving you $150 for 12, Aussie red lovers find our BBQ-friendly Black Reds Dozens hard to resist. They’re filled with deep, dark delights in sought-after styles from top-notch regions – such as Barossa, Coonawarra and McLaren Vale. There’s a fine Barossa Shiraz made exclusively for us at Irvine Estate. With a huge 95pt score, this uses fruit selected from the estate’s Ebenezer vineyard, named in honour of the late Ruth Miles. “This is terrific… excellent weight and beautifully layered mouthfeel. Silky and flavoursome, offering fabulous drinking. At its best: now to 2036. 95pts” (Sam Kim Wine Orbit). There’s top-notch Shiraz too from Coonawarra and McLaren Vale – both with Golds. The McLaren Vale is from the mysterious Marsc Wine – so whilst we can’t tell you who made it, we can say that their top wines usually sell for $100 a bottle, and they have picked up some of Australia’s highest winemaking gongs. McLaren Vale is also home to the Black Pig Reserve Cabernet, while long-time Calabria favourite, 93pt Long Live the King Cabernet uses fruit from both Langhorne Creek and Coonawarra. A regal drop indeed. Lastly there’s the Big Mo’ – delivering a big satisfying mouthful of dark fruit flavour with this moreish Durif.
Don’t miss your opportunity to secure a case of this lavish Gold medal Shiraz (normally $35 a bottle) at this exceptional price. Limited stocks, so be quick to get yours!
Enjoy sumptuous black cherry, bramble, plum and fig tones that sing from the glass before full-throttle flavours of cassis, capsicum, menthol, chocolate and cigar box coat the palate. A super approachable McLaren Vale Cabernet.
Order of Australia recipient, Bill Calabria and family craft this long-time favourite Cabernet Sauvignon. This year, they have selected fruit from Langhorne Creek & Coonawarra.
Help yourself to a big satisfying mouthful of dark fruit flavour with this moreish Durif, but the MO is more about momentum – the winemaker seizing the moment and riding the wave – and then enjoying the results when things align in their favour!
We’re thrilled to introduce the second vintage of Ruth’s Block Shiraz – a fine Barossa Shiraz made exclusively for us. With a huge 95pts, this uses fruit selected from the estate's Ebenezer vineyard, named in honour of the late Ruth Miles.
