Description Approachable in every way, Inigo is the excellent value range of wines from the Clare Valley's Sevenhill winery. Named in honour of a young 16th Century Spanish courtier called Inigo, who eventually swapped a life of violence for one dedicated to helping others – co-founding the religious order we know today as the Jesuits. In the Inigo Shiraz, toasty oak, prunes, mocha and licorice aromas meld together setting the scene for generous dark-fruited flavours of plums and blackberries, threaded through with coconut and oatmeal nuances. Its fragrant black fruit and spice are delicious and sipping with slow-braised beef cheeks would would heighten the experience.
