Knappstein is a famous name in the Clare Valley, and the estate has some wonderful mature vineyards to draw upon for its impressive wines. The Knappstein Shiraz is full of brambles, blue and black fruits with a spicy lift. The fruit is grown in their Yertabulti and Provis vineyards, situated at the northern end of the Clare Valley. It's the perfect climate for maturing their premium red grapes. Layers of brooding dark fruits, spice and savoury characters are framed in fine oak. A trio of International Gold medals back up the promise of quality.
