Description Hurry to taste this deliciously dark customer favourite from Greg Follett’s lovely Lake Breeze estate, named Australia’s Champion Small Winery, Champion Wine four times, and well over 25 trophies and 125 Golds. Traditional open fermentation was employed followed by maturation in French oak barriques for 20 months, prior to bottling. The wine displays a lifted aromatics of black fruits and violets, along with some cedary oak nuances. The concentrated palate showcases chocolate and cassis flavours wrapped in grippy tannins, all leading to a wonderfully long finish.
