The inaugural vintage of a classic Australian composition, the Morrison Shiraz Cabernet is delightful in its youth, while being built for longevity. Shiraz sourced from the Morrison vineyard and Cabernet grown on the opposite ridge. It shows the Clare’s blue and black fruit-spectrum against savoury tones of cedar and spice. 96pts and multiple Golds and this is only the beginning!
The Clare Valley is a popular wine region, home to about 50 wineries and renowned for its cool climate wines, notably Riesling.
