Description Irvine Wines was established back in 1983 by a visionary team who succeeded in putting Australian Merlot at the forefront of the world’s very best. Today they excel at far more than just Merlot - or even reds. Take this very impressive Gris for instance. It’s snapped up a Top Gold and 95 points at the Barossa Wine Show. The Spring Hill range of wines are fresh, vibrant and deliciously approachable. As the winery notes: “A versatile wine that pairs well with many Asian style dishes, or a range of other fresh and tasty foods. A few glasses, by itself on a lazy Sunday afternoon is quite acceptable as well.”
