Description From an estate set up in 1996, by Simon Sorby Adams, who purchased a 3.2ha vineyard that had been planted by Pastor Franz Julius Lehmann (none other than Peter Lehmann’s father) in 1932. Simon Sorby Adams has three children, Angus, Digby and Sally, from which the portmanteau GUDILLY is derived. The wines are sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are made using emerging varieties, and with freshness and drinkability in mind. Take this very appealing Pinot Gris, for example, which received a score of 96pts in Winestate magazine.
