Sauvignon Blanc, grown in Quarisa's Riverina vineyards, produce a winning wine with loads of grassy fresh zip as well as ripe tropical fruit flavours – peach, pineapple and passionfruit! He insists on night harvested grapes to ensure lots of bright fresh flavours and cool ferments them for the same reason. This wine has already won a Gold medal not long after release and, given Johnny's record, you wouldn't be surprised if there were more to come for this fridge-door-must!
