This is a real "Aussie sunshine in a glass" as television's Oz Clarke and Jilly Goolden once called it.This was launched over 20 years ago, and as they were then the Yarrunga wines are again being made by Sam Trimboli. Given Sam's prodigious medal-winning record it was no surprise to see the 2024 sporting Gold and a Trophy.
This is the luscious 2026 vintage. Over the years, a few refinements have been made, tweaks to the mix of grapes, but ultimately it exudes fruitiness, freshness and intensity in perfect measure. And at 12.5% it makes a terrific pre-dinner drink. There's no doubt why so many customers just keep coming back for more – it’s just so easy drinking – offering a real juicy, luscious . Serve chilled on its own or with spicy prawn or squid stir-fry.
