This elegant white wine is a prime example. Made is the style of a fine white Burgundy, Le Champ des Etoiles is crafted with the finest Chardonnay grapes of the vintage, sourced from trusted growers and cooler sites to preserve freshness and minerality.
Ageing on lees in barrel lends a creamy, rounded texture and subtle complexity, while the keeping the vibrant fruit front and centre. Serve gently chilled.
