“New Zealand Winemaker of the Year - 2012” Brightwater is an exquisite small, family-owned winery in Nelson – at the top of New Zealand's South Island.
The Sauvignon grapes for this wine were grown on the free draining stony loam soils of the Hope Plains, at Brightwater's nearby Sturkenboom and Chisnall vineyards in sunny Nelson. They provide exciting arrays of intense aromas and flavours. Each block was harvested individually at its optimum level of ripeness.
