Description Saviero is a name which runs through many generations of the Trimboli family, most recently from Salvatore (Sam’s) to his own son. Salvatore’s father Saverio taught Salvatore to make wine, and this brand is a salute to a long-standing family tradition. The wines under this brand all honour Europe’s great family of grape varieties including Spain’s Albariño grape. Albariño, it can be argued is Spain’s signature white wine grape – particularly from Rías Baixas region of northwest Spain. This is a fresh, seafood-friendly Aussie Albariño from the brilliant Sam Trimboli.
