Description The Murphy family migrated from Ireland in 1909, and later moved to a spot near Mildura in 1960. They began growing grapes but only produced a first vintage in 1984, then opening the winery. This and the, today much visited, cellar door established in 1988, was set up on part of what was once an old sheep farm called Trentham Cliffs. This is a delightful Pinot Grigio: “Small in price but big in Grigio personality, ticking plenty of boxes a drinker might look for. It's crisp, fresh and chalky-dry with a palate packing tart apple, pear and citrus with a little savoury grip to close. What's not to like? 91pts, Great Value.” (Jeni Port The Halliday Wine Companion).
