Description This supple, juicy-fresh red shows off Argentina’s hero grape, Malbec, at its silky, moreish best. It's from an ace cellar, named among the 'New World Top 5' wineries and Wine Enthusiast’s ‘New World Winery of the Year 2023’. Leading their winemaking in 2024 was Miriam Gomez, who has worked at some of the world's top cellars, including £355-a-bottle Opus One. The Holdings isn’t quite in that league, but it’s a red wine with lots of charm thanks to its silky black fruit and spicy violet notes. Supple, midweight and fresh it’s enjoyable as a glass on its own, but shows at its best with grilled meats, chilli con carne or veggie style, all sorts of pasta and with pizza. In summer, hot up the coals and enjoy at a barbecue.
