Crafted by award-winning winemaker Sofia Barbanera, Saracosa is a tribute to the iconic Super Tuscan style – a blend of native Italian grapes with international varieties, first championed by Piero Antinori in the 1970s. It’s made at the Barbanera family estate, overlooked by the Saracosa hill near Montalcino. Half of the vineyards lie within the prestigious Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, with the rest just outside the official boundary.
