It’s crafted from a range of traditional grape varieties – Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault – carefully cool fermented to capture all the fruit and freshness in bottle. Serve with seafood favourites such as crab or lobster, pan-seared tuna or grilled king prawns. It’s also great with creamy vegetarian dishes.
