Rodolfo Sadler (Opi to his many friends) hand selects parcels of premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from high-altitude vineyards in a quality enclave of Argentina’s premium Mendoza region. Here, grapes ripen evenly, developing great levels of freshness. Back in the cellar, the wine is then aged in oak barrels for a year to lend extra depth and smoothness.
