Description Manly Craft Spirits make a delicious range of liqueurs – infusions with sustainably foraged, distilled native botanicals and fresh fruits. For this, large lemons with perfumed peel are selected from an orchard on the central coast, north of Sydney. They are hand peeled to avoid bitter pith, and gently and slowly infused in the grain spirit, along with the botanicals. Enjoy its lemon, grapefruit and lime flavours with a hint of honey and eucalyptus and Lemon Myrtle, chilled, straight from the freezer as an after-dinner digestive, or over ice with soda.
