Enjoy bright, fresh, aromas of red fruits – red cherry and raspberry, along with warming spice, cinnamon, earthy notes. Very inviting. Although the palate is fruit driven, the generous red fruits, and sour cherry, are balanced by earthy notes. Tannins are soft, but it's not a lightweight Pinot Noir, some texture and body making it medium weight. Some attractive spice and a hint of aniseed on the finish. It will be great with food, but you could if desired slightly chill and savour, sipping this slowly over a warm afternoon. Delicious.
