Using Rioja’s prized Tempranillo grape, it is brimful with juicy plums, redcurrant and black cherries, and made at a Rioja bodega of a few generations standing, Javier Murúa has a great network of contacts. He's always the first to hear when there's a parcel of quality grapes or a special vat of wine that needs a home. He's not confined to Rioja either – he has friends all over Spain. This uses fruit from throughout northeastern Spain.Enjoy alongside tapas, garlic mushrooms or chicken. It’s great as a glass on its own, too.
