Description
Single Vineyard Chardonnay with scores of 94 & 95pts from NSW’s Orange. “A scintillating aroma of sparkler flint, steely flannel flowers and crystallised pineapple. The wine's citrus base rests firmly in lemon skin, with white nectarine flesh and a custard apple creaminess. Acidity feels naturally birthed and a whipped nougatine finish rounds out a very moreish wine. This will age very well. 94pts” (Shanteh Wale, The Halliday Wine Companion)
Stuart Know in The Real Review enjoys its:"Fragrant nose, ripe peach, nougat and lime leaf notes. Good weight and density of fruit on the palate. Balancing savoury components, grilled nuts and seashell ensure it shows character and interest on repeat visits. All bound up by finely wrought yet driven acidity that carries it very long. A contrast of power and poise. 95pts”
"The whole package is considered and detailed. Harmonious and elegant. Drink with poached slices of chicken with a mustard gravy. 95pts" (WinePilot).
